A panel concerning the exploration of ocean worlds for the 2023-2033 decadal survey in Planetary Science and Astrobiology will be held on Friday, February 5th, 2021, from 1:00-2:30 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).

The meeting will feature an open session on Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generators (RTGs), Lab Experiments, and Field Work Collaborations. The open session will be followed by a closed session.

The National Academies’ Decadal Survey on Planetary Science and Astrobiology will assess key scientific questions in planetary science and astrobiology, identify priority medium- and large-class missions and other initiatives, and present a comprehensive research strategy for the 2023-2032 timeframe. Community participation is critical for the success of the survey.
