LARS Due Dates Delayed

Due dates delayed and small changes to text

The due dates for Laboratory Analysis of Returned Samples (LARS) Program have been delayed and some small changes have been made to the text.

Step-1 proposals are now due by May 24, 2018, and Step-2 proposals are due by July 26, 2018.

Moreover, the text in Section 2.2.3 has been updated. New text is in bold and deleted text is struck through.
