The TIMESTEP Summer Internship Program provides students with a $5000 scholarship to pursue a summer internship (20 hrs/week) at small- to mid-sized businesses focused on technology sectors (Data Analysis, Software Development and Space Technology). Students will gain invaluable industry experience working on an exciting technical project at a Tucson or Phoenix-based company, such as: Ampcera, Arete, ELE Optics, Go for Vertical, Lunewave, Howe Ind., IR Labs, Madden Media, Nanopec, Rincon Research & World View. Past interns report this opportunity as invaluable in helping them decide whether to pursue a career in industry or apply for graduate school.
