Project Progress

This full-color, pocket-sized guidebook describes astrobiology research in Yellowstone National Park. The book also includes QR codes, which link readers with a smart phone to online multimedia files. Thousands of copies of the book have been distributed in gateway communities throughout the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, and to teachers throughout the U.S. and as far away as Australia. The guidebook has won communications awards through the University Continuing and Professional Education Association (UPCEA), and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and was selected as a poster presentation at an NSF Science Communications Workshop.
