Heather Nelson presented a poster entitled “Teaching the Teacher – Effective Teacher Professional Development in the Field of Astrobiology” at the Astrobiology Science Conference, April 26-30, 2010.
Dr. Elizabeth Catlos from the University of Texas at Austin gave a general public lecture entitled “Rock of Ages: From Mineral Grain to Mountain Range: Perspectives on the Evolution of the Himalayas” at Penn State University on April 26th. She also presented a talk at the Geosciences colloquium, a seminar for undergraduate students.
