Is there any scientifc evidence of the Moon's effect on humans? If not, how can the Moon affect humans?
No, the moon does not effect us other than in the obvious fact that it provides light for night activities at some phases and not at others (for example, the "harvest moon," the first full moon after the vernal equinox, was once useful for extending the time available to harvest crops). Today even this aspect of the Moon no longer influences us, and many people living in cities hardly ever see the Moon.
