  1. Question

How may years would a radio signal take to reach the nearest large galaxy to us, the Andromeda Galaxy?

The time for an electromagnetic wave (such as a radio signal) to reach any object is equal to its distance in light years -- roughly 2.9 million years in the case of the Andromeda Galaxy.
