  1. Question

Does the earth`s core have any effect on the earth`s weather?

Scientists don't know of any way that the core of the Earth has an effect on weather. There might be an indirect effect, since the Earth's magnetic field arises in the core, and the magnetic field helps define the structure of the magnetosphere, and variations in the magnetosphere produced by its interactions with the solar wind have been suggested -- but certainly not proven -- to have a potential small effect of weather. However, weather is a short-term phenomenon, while the core and associated magnetic field are stable on the timescales that might be associated with weather. Thus the short answer to this question is "no".
