Please can you explain what the science of astrobiology is?
Astrobiology is the study of life in the universe: its origin, evolution, distribution, and future. It is a multidisciplinary science, including astronomy, planetary science, geochemistry, geology, microbiology, ecology, genetics, and evolutionary biology (among other sciences).
