  1. Question

Would a bird be able to fly in zero-gravity, or does it need gravity to fly? Have any experiments been done with live birds in outer space?

In one way flight is much easier in zero gravity, since no effort is required to remain airborne. But the conditions are so different that normal flight would be impossible. I expect a bird would be very confused and disoriented if it found itself in zero gravity. Perhaps it could learn to adapt with practice, however.
