Would it be possible to find a planet in another solar system, that has plant life much like ours but with no animal species.
I would not expect to find plants or animals, as we define them, on any other planet. Even on Earth, plants and animals are rather recent innovations, present only during the latest ten percent of the lifetime of the Earth. David Morrison
