  1. Question

If gilese 581 has life will people be able to move there?

No. We are a very long way from having the technology to transport people over interstellar distances. Besides, if there is life on one of the two planets recently found in the Gliese 581 system, it is unlikely to be sufficiently similar to Earth life in biochemical terms to be useful to us.
