Question
Is gliese 581 c going to be looked at again to see if it is rocky or a water world?
Yes, many astronomers will be trying to find out more about the Gliese 581 planetary system. But remember that neither of the planets in this system has been seen directly; their presence has been inferred from their gravitational pull on the parent star. It may be some time before any telescopes will be able to see these planets, and longer yet before we can measure their spectra to determine if they are rocky or if they contain water on their surfaces.
