Question
In September a couple of years ago, there was news that UFO's were spotted around Mexico? Was this true and have there been any observations of UFO's?
Don't believe everything you read! While many people see things in the sky that they cannot identify (and thus call a UFO), there has never been any evidence that these are extraterrestrial spacecraft. One of the simplest ways to see this is to note that amateur astronomers -- the hundreds of thousands of people who are out looking at the sky on almost any clear night -- never have reported seeing UFOs.
