    On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being impossible, 10 being definate, what is the chances of live being on a comet or asteroid.

    No one knows the answer to your question, but we do know that comets and asteroids are cold and lack atmospheres (except for comets when they are near the Sun), so I would guess they are pretty unlikely abodes for life -- maybe a 2 or 3 on your scale.
