  1. Question

What discoveries have been made that support the Miller-Urey experiment?

You can find many questions and answers posted on "Ask and Astrobiologist" that deal with various aspects of the Miller-Urey experiment. This experiment, concerning the ability of various mixtures of hydrogen-rich (reducing) gases to form complex organic compounds, has been repeated thousands of times over the past half-century, in labs all over the world. These many experiments confirm and support the original experiment done by Stanley Miller, under the supervision of Harold Urey.
